DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE
Our Workplace Guidelines exist to support our staff in upholding the highest levels of professional behavior, regular presence, and exceptional delivery of work. We strive to provide equitable and stable guidance for all.
Formal steps are only initiated once a comprehensive review of the situation is finished and a collaborative meeting occurs. Staff members shall receive written updates regarding any issues and possess a full chance to provide their perspective on the matter prior to any final conclusions being reached by the board.
During every phase of this process, staff members are permitted to have a colleague or union advocate present for support. No worker faces termination for an initial minor infraction, barring instances of extreme misconduct, which trigger immediate separation from the foundation without prior warning or compensatory payments.
